I'm pretty sure this is not a new place. By the location, it should be China Happy Feet which has been there forever. What is new is that it should be under new ownership now since it's been up for sale for a while. It's good to know they've got someone who can give a good massage though.

Apologize for the late report. Visited Relax a couple months ago. Shown to a room. I prepared for the massage.
