I agree with the other guys. These are not likely to be real. I get the same favorites and messages. Some are not from the USA, though some are. I ignore them. They all look similar--pale skin, thin, and tall, ages 30-36.

If someone wants to save the photo, they can do it no matter what app you use. Some apps prevent screenshots at the device level, some apps notify you if a screenshot is taken (I. E. Snapchat), but nothing prevents someone from connecting their device to a computer and screen mirroring then saving the image from their computer.
