This is the problem with dating vs this hobby. Unless you are looking for a long term relationship dating is a lot of work with an average payoff. This hobby gets you what you want on your timeframe. Sometimes it doesn't work out but it has better odds then the alternative.

Funny you ask about two girls. Last visit to MM I had a wad of benjis in my hand and it was actually not busy. Kiko offered me two girls. I dreamed about it for a minute then declined. So if the timing is right I believe you can have that dream yourself. Whether it's worth it or not depends on personal preference and your budget.

I have never asked but you might be able to. The problem would be the price. Since MM is pretty busy most of the time I would say 2 girls is probably 2 times the money. If that's the case I would say it wouldn't be worth it.
