I come into the Dearborn area for business several times a year. Here is my latest report: The Good and The Bad-Fuck fight club

I have been to Flight Club numerous times and they have many bad policies as you described, but nothing much different than the majority of other clubs.

I typically only go once a year or so, because the prices I am quoted there are ridiculously high. Perhaps money is not an issue for you like it is for me.

There are some attractive dancers but in general I find the quality similar to bts. Many dancer dance at both Flight club and bts, or Flight club and Criket. I typically even avoid Flight Club dancers at other clubs. One of the question I like to ask girls is where else they worked and when the say Flight Club I know their expectation about price are too high and their service levels are too low. I recently met a girl at bts named Loriana she told me she was ex Flight Club, and she asked for a tip just for talking to me. I told her she should go back to Flight Club where that kind of hustle might work.

Occasionally I have had a good time at Flight Club, but typically it is with a girl I met at a different club first and then she moved to Flight Club.

If I didn't like need to negotiate with 8-10 girls to find a decent priced VIP session I would go to Flight Club more often, but the way the pricing is there it is too stressful negotiating all night and possibly walking out with out doing a VIP session.

I haven't been back since October 2020 and I did make it in the VIP that night but it was with an average looking girl who provided a horrible VIP experience.

I can't speak for Flight Club, but at bts, you are allowed to go with the shot girl. The way that is works, is she has to change her designation from shot girl to dancer. Then you have to pay her tip out, which is typically around $200, then you negotiate with her for dances and VIP activities and pay that separately directly to the dancer. Typically taking a shot girl will cost you double the money for taking a dancer and that is why it is rarely done. I did it once and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the shot girl, in fact I had so much fun a took her to the VIP a second time that same night. I would do it again but only for a special girl that was my perfect fantasy.

As for shot girls, the whole purpose of the shot girl is to convert them to dancers. Typically they run ads for waitresses, then when girls apply they say they only have shot girl positions open now, and shot girls can make more money than waitresses. As a shot girl she has to buy all her shots in advance. If she does not sell them during the night, she can be out more money than she brings in. However if she sells multiple trays during the night the second and third tray are all profit to her. The way the club works there are busy nights and slow nights. On a slow night if she is not making enough money they offer her to go on stage and dance, and then they have a new dancer for the next few weeks. It is an efficient system, and not all shot girls will become dancers, but I encourage you to be friendly with them, because once they start dancing you can be one of their first customers.

If a dancer has issues with several guys in one night the bouncers will tell her to stop causing problems.

I get to the club and I go to pay the cover with the only bills I had ($100's). The girl acts annoyed and asks if I have smaller bills. I told her sorry I don't. As I'm asking the waitress questions about the policy a bouncer comes up and starts giving me a hard time about asking her these basic things. (I was being totally polite, I know it's not her fault but I was hoping she might communicate to someone higher up how it makes customers feel to be treated like this). He told me I had to buy another drink right now because it wasn't a "free show". All this despite the fact that in 45 minutes I had probably gone up and tipped $100 in ones to dancers already. I told him I would just leave. If anyone from Flight Club reads this, here are a few things to keep in mind:

1. Making me get $100 in ones is insane. Once it's all in ones I can no longer use the money for dances, as I'm not going to try to pay for $50 of dances in one-dollar bills. Also I don't want the strippers knowing how much I have but how do I hide a stack like that?

2. You are just asking to get sued with your two drink policy. If someone hits another person while drunk driving any good lawyer could come back and say "This is your fault because you required my client to keep drinking the entire time. How does someone sober up before they leave if you force them to have two drinks every hour?

3. I could forgive all of these rules IF they were posted outside. But instead, you let me pay to park and get in before any of this is mentioned. You already have a sign outside with the dress code, but you leave out all this other stuff. On purpose.
