I seem to remember her doing well, getting some mixed reviews but mostly good, and the bad being performance related that was more about attitude and whether or not she clicked with a specific client. This only happened to me once, but it was years ago, and back when EE had 2-3 providers working daily, including weekends.

I was fortunate that they had someone else working in the same area and got re-routed to her and given a small break on the hourly rate.

Nowadays providers are so scarce that it complicates situations like this. I used to just say "always have a backup" in the area but that doesn't work anymore. Managing ladies right now might even be harder than finding them.

A lot of providers have regulars that they will take over anyone at the last minute, so you may have gotten sniped by another monger who contacted her directly. That's unfortunately out of EE's control.
