I finally caught up with Dani. I had reached out to her in Feb and she never replied. I scheduled with her in May but when I arrived at the apt complex, she ghosted me. She may be busy. Are you a first timer? When I text her she replies within 30 min or less (like Domino's and yes she delivers LOL). If you're a first timer she maybe weary and cautious. Just tell her you heard great reviews on her and would like to schedule an appointment.
