I have always enjoyed a good TS, I hobby frequently in Queens or NJ, depends if I want Chinese or Korean, always enjoy the TS there. 403 b (on Park ave) is not a place to go for a TS, the shower room is dirty and gross. You are right about the woman not liking getting wet in the TS room, if you are a regular in NYC / NJ area, my choice would be to make an appointment early in the morning, and if you know the woman well enough, request a visit with FS or other play in the TS, I have done this once in Georgia.

I use to love them, but too many girls are now using it as a way to decrease actual touching time. At the places in Florida the girls are on the table in their birthday suits and it's a fun time, In Providence the girls. Generally stay clothed and don't want you getting their clothes wet. They keep lathering you up and rinsing you off, would rather have the time spent on more mutual hands on activities. I'd rather shower before I get there and not waste the time walking back and forth to the shower room, then the girls start cleaning the shower and then drying you off.

Tons of posts on this place and for its prior "Envelope" location, so you've done your homework. If you like older women, you will be fine, just walk in and let things take their natural course. Used to do 10 xx BPR and Aub St. Auburn, been away for 3 months. Not much luck getting beyond HE at those spots. Anyone know a decent spot for FS besides QQ?

Hadn't been here is quite a while. The place is looking dirty and a bit run down. I was greeted by Sophia, she seemed to be the only one there at the time which was around early afternoon. She briefly pulled down her mask to show a nice smile and looking cute enough during that brief glimpse but on closer examination her crows feet suggest she is mid 50's at least. Standard finish for 40/40 with some UTC. Overall would not repeat but had a better experience with another masseuse named Lisha a couple weeks ago. As another user said, low walls with curtains so noise may travel easily.

I'm surprised we haven't heard more about this place. The constant ads on STG suggests its what we are looking for but I think I recall a review from long ago suggesting it was legit only. That seems unlikely. Anyone visit lately?

I remember a review that was legit for a place on Millbury street. But not sure it was this place. I think it was for the Asian hair salon that also offers massage. Reviewer mentioned something about free hair cut with the massage. So thinking it was for that place.

Was in the area so I stopped by BVR. No appointment. Opted for the 4 hands for 1/2 hr and got Yuyu and Anna. Massage was great, decent tease and strong finish. Yuyu brought out the girls which I got to run and suck on while Ana took care of me with a little prostate action too. My first 4 hand experience and no regrets.
