I've had plentiful encounters with BSW's on all the loops.

Like anything, its a needle in a hay stack to sometimes hit the right spot at the right time.

Side note. I checked out the Marothon on the Dundalk loop. Saw some activity on the side street behind the flat bed tow truck. But nothing caught my eye. A light skinned BSW was at the citgo side street at the stop sign. Didn't catch my eye. She had a weird shaped face. It was a bum night. I came home empty handed 9 to 12 loop time.

Light skinned Cece was out the other night. She's probably about 33 years old now. A beautiful girl at one time. Been heavy in the game for probably 15 years. A lot a mixed reviews on her. Try the intersection of Payson and Ashton and everything in that area. Be sure to keep your head on a swivel and your doors locked, you are going into a high crime area (it's even worse about 3 blocks to the west). Hope you don't mind that these girls are junkies, many are a notch below what you find on the K in Philly. If you want a young, slim, WSW, who is clean, suggest you try a different city.

She quoted 60 and agreed to 40. You stated in your post that you were annoyed by the price. Just out of curiosity, what do you believe she should have quoted you for the price? I am talking about when you negotiated beforehand (not knowing how good it would be) and not with the benefit of hindsight that it ended up being great.

I like to pay no more than $30 for both if someone uses drugs. When a drug user start at high prices like $60, I get instantly get irritated and I will usually cancel the date.

This older guy who I use to work with was a true monger before he passed away. He would tell me about this hooker that he nicknamed old faithful. He was paying her $100 and would even let her keep the motel afterwards. My response was she must be beautiful for him to pay a street hooker $100, so he showed me a picture of her, and to my surprise it was Gina from Washington Blvd. When I told him that I pay her $20-$30 and I showed him a video of her, he was beyond hurt.

I haven't hunted in Dundalk in a while and your post prompted me to check it out the easy way, Google. I was taking a virtual "drive" up Dundalk Ave and it made me smile that their camera caught one of us picking up a cute WSW back in Nov 2019.

Even tho Google blurs faces, license plates, etc, she looked cute. I hope our brother had a great time! I LOVE this hobby!
