Quite a few (I know about a dozen) places provide full service in the Boston area. You just need to be generous enough.

There are places with guaranteed FS in MA and there are places that don't offer it. If you are not getting the service you want at a place, find one that offers what you want. I can drive to over a half dozen places in MA in less than a half hour for guaranteed full service and not have to take the hour long trip to RI. But depending where you are located RI may be a closer option.
