The cost of flying is about the same as gas, so no problem there. Problem is I need a car in L. A. And the rental rates are a joke these days. Plus I usually have a shit load of things in my car that I could never deal with if I was flying. Been doing this for two years. Probably going to end soon as I am losing my free place(s) to stay in L. A. And I have finally and slowly been able to re-orient my life to vegas in every way. Job, food, doctors, pussy.
