Why do people waste time here with info on lame OTC or HJ only joints, other than sweets or phoenix, why even consider another place when you know what you'll get for certain. If OTC roaming does it for you, then just ask for that at Sweets, why waste time anywhere else. For me I enjoy BBFS CIP so you can see why I don't even consider another establishment.
