I found these 3 links and seems that lady is real but I'm suspicious of the two first links, the 3rd one seems legit.

And BTW, I would avoid University and Lindsay. It's just the 1 little old lady working there. Full menu, but aging and no variety.

It's in the old Spa Golden / W Spa location on the northwest corner of Elliot and McClintock, right next to the auto shop. I heard from one of the Biltmore Clinic girls that a couple of them were going there, but when I stopped in, an old lady came to the window. I didn't stay. The name on the license posted on the wall was something like Blue Water Spa.

Quick report on Peoria Spa, haven't been here in several months and stopped in during the day earlier this week. Chinese girl answered and asked for an hour, shown to room after a quick pit stop in restroom. If I remember name was Jennifer and started a very lame massage with some teasing, never said a word during rub but cute enough though she did have a little pooch belly and nice naturals. Upon flip asked what I wanted and told her full to which she wanted 2 Bens, ahh not happening, she settled for 1 1/2 Bens. Lubed up and off we go with standing mish, and was pounding with a little to much gusto, pulled out and thrust back in only to hit that little piece of land between the entrance and exit. Well that made those eyes round and and we resumed with cowgirl next which she didn't want to do but that's how I finish. She got on and started bouncing like no tomorrow, whoa, not like that I need you to grind back and forth, she understood and did so.

When I can feel those innards rubbing on the head that just does it for me and the finish is near, popped in cover and she cleaned me up pretty well, small bottle of water and gone. Side note, though the A / C was on was still warm and worked up a sweat which thankfully she wiped down. Also was vocal, think she was alone as I saw and heard no one else. Also shorted about 10 minutes. I think I'll wait another several months until I return.

Went to Su Tempe on Baseline at 7 pm, walked in to the lobby, rang the bell, waited 5 minutes. Rang the bell again waited 5 minutes. I could see a shadow of a head peaking around the corner. Not sure why the don't answer. I looked plain, shorts, tee shirt no mask or anything. Anyway I left.
