He was originally issued a citation, and was bound over to the grand jury. Looks like it just went away. There's no further record of it.

He ultimately plead guilty to some petty ante shit where CPD got to keep his POS truck and the money they seized in the raid, and some minimal probation.

He had priors from what I could tell, so a little probation isn't anything at all.

I just looked him up and he still owns the house he lived in before the bust, probably still lives there for all I know.
