As of 4:30 pm today, the 813-560 phone number used in the Tampa ad first appeared at 9:57 am today, and various ads using that phone number have been "bumped to the top of the listings" SIXTEEN times so far today! Personally, I never go for any ad that has only been out one day. IMHO, that's the #1 way to avoid any sting (it also works to some degree to screen out some of the other types of scammers). So that's yet another possible red flag on top of the questionable origin of the photos. Sure, that might also screen out some possibly decent ones (and any chance of getting first crack at them). However, no sting operation is going to run the same ad for days let alone even weeks on end. Guys would quickly get wise to it and warn others. OTOH, if a provider is legit and any good, she'll continue to advertise to keep up the stream of new clients and has little to fear about a bad reputation diminishing the effectiveness of her continuing ads. But that's just my humble opinion.
