I know I've given this place lukewarm reviews in the past, but I'm also a firm believer that I have to visit a place 3 or 4 times before I fully draw an opinion on it. I've been to New Spa 4 times now and my conclusion is that for the price, it's a good place to go for a little relaxation and a quick ball draining. The providers there are a bit older. In their mid-30's to mid / late 40's I'd guess. But they've all been reasonably attractive. Nobody there is ugly. The service there is very standard. It always starts with the typical AMP-style back rub with the reach under, then flip and HJ finish. You only get a HJ here, nothing more. All four providers I've had there did the HJ immediately after the flip, then completed the time with actual massage. That's somewhat unusual for MPs. Usually as soon as you blow they start rushing you out the door. That doesn't happen here. None of the four providers I've had there had any issues at all with me pulling their pants down and lifting their shirts up and going for the bra. They don't do it themselves, but if you do it they don't resist. I've never tried to insert FIV there. Don't know if they'd object or not. None of them ever asked or haggled over tips either. It's 40 house + 40 tip for 30 minutes of relaxation and HJ. It's not spectacular but it always gets the job done. If I'm in the mood for just a HJ and don't want to spend an arm and a leg, this has become my go to place.

Well what can I say, must be new ownership, all therapists that were working here the last few years are now gone. A new Vietnamese Therapist Staff is now working here Daily from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm. I had taken a break the last couple of months. Was seeing Krystal every 2 weeks for a couple months now. Was shocked to see the price increase. Seems a bit extreme but maybe you guys are right. She is slowly transitioning out of the business and there are fools paying more. Trish I have never experienced so with Krystals increase I reached out and she raised her rates to 200.

I discovered a provider in Lakewood near the mall. She's a large mixed black / Latina. Actual CMT (I was able to verify her license through a resource available to spa owners). I was reading this FR. The detail was good, but the name "wellness" was unfamiliar to me. I know from experience that Irvine used to have a lot of KAMPs located in business parks. I also know that SA is a city adjacent to Irvine. I go to RM, scroll and review all the MP names in SA. Two use "wellness" in their name; only one is in a business park adjacent to Irvine city limits; only one has a reported house fee of $50-"sunnywell".

I see a lot of "where is this place?" post. I don't know if these individuals don't know how to fish, or are just too lazy to fish. But for the newbies, the post above is a good example of how to figure it out yourself.

BTW. I have not been to "sunnywell" in over two decades, but the Sunnywell MMS once claimed to be affiliated with Monica (aka Skypark) -- but the experience was never like Skypark.

Google wellness and Santa Ana and it's the top result and it's in an office park don't even need to go to rm. It's vague because you want to limit the amount of info of a particular place that can be found via searching, to the reader can figure it out. Sorry bad habit been doing this for a while and even talk in code in person. Checked out a new place at 8345 GG Blvd, same center as Red Castle K Bbq, just yards from the old Fern St. Years ago this used to be Jo Jie Spa which was awesome. Anyhoo, saw the lineup.
