I think her name is Lisa. I've seen her a few times. Also have seen two others. All are fun and playful. I've never been able to get FS. But I won't stop trying.

Yes, I was. For better or worse, sometimes experience is the best teacher. A few months in, and I have learned tipping at the front of house isn't required and has no effect on possible outcomes.
