Cloudfare makes my computer hesitate for several seconds before rubratings comes up but on my phone rubratings never comes up and I never get out of cloudfare.

Yes, I have issues loading rubratings with older devices. I have an older iPad and it won't load on it. Just see the "checking browser" garbage. I doubt your phone is infected. Is it an older phone? I don't have the same issue on newer devices or using Chrome on my computer.
