I am not a doctor but here is my take from doing this for many years. As long as you are not doing BBFS, DATY the chances of a guy getting infected from a woman giving him BBBJ is small. More chances of women getting something giving guy BBBJ.

Doing DFK is riskier for a guy than getting BBBJ.

As for asking women if they have been recently tested, no way for me to know if they are telling the truth. In any case they could have been tested last week and got infected the day after the test.
