She made it known extras outside the HJ were available, just had to tip her. Office setting was nice but kinda weird, especially since I had to ride up on the elevator with other people. Body wasn't half bad, couple extra pounds. She gets fully undressed with you. Had some time left and I finished and she kept massaging. Don't know if I would recommend solely on the voice alone. It was enough to take me out of the mood.
