Bruising like that is usually from drug use. And not just the blood vessel damage around the injection sites, usually they aren't eating right either so the nutritional deficiencies also degrade the blood vessels in general, make the skin alot more prone to bruising all over. She probably bandaged up the uglier ones or they were sores.
