Rarely, you can convince a girl there to give you a HJ for a tip, unless if I am thinking of another place. I never tried this, because I don't got to Bikini Joints, but word on the street.

Out of the handful of locations I've been to, if they bring out that piece of paper with the rates on it at the start, they will not give you what you want.
