Long time lurker, first time posting to add my 2 c about tipping and the variety of HJs. To me there is a spectrum of HJs which usually range $40-$100. The $40 version is the quick "get the job done" kind where the lady is trying to get you out the door ASAP. A lot of times this does get the job done. Most places seem to fit this category. Then there's the $80-100 kind where the lady knows you and knows what you like. In this version, for me at least, she spends about 20-25 minutes on a decent massage then the remaining slowly milking your missile. Not enough to make you explode in the first 5 minutes, but just enough to keep you hard. A slow on and off kind of thing. Sometimes she's just holding on to it while using the other hand to massage other parts of your body. Goddamn if that's not worth every single penny!
