Visited Empire Spa this morning, saw a few open condom packets and condoms littered around their customer parking spots, not normal for them or any AMP in general. Could just be a lazy monger and is nothing or a disgruntle monger trying to draw attention from unlce LEO to the place. I'm kind of skeptical about it being a lazy monger because Empire staff usually disposed of those themselves. I frequent this place quite often nothing has changed in terms of service.
