Over the weekend I ventured away from my usual AMP and stopped at Best Spa on 16th St. , needless to say, the name is not at all what the service will be. 5/10 MT, sparse facilities, 3/10 massage and that is being a nice guy, no tease, but it wouldn't have worked if there was.
