Waipahu might be too far for some but parking should never be an issue. Yes the shopping center's lot can be crowded and it is in bad shape but there is always street parking in the vicinity and it's a pretty safe area. Much more comfortable parking on the street there than near Sunflower or Punchbowl any time.
