Before I saw your response I decided to go and find out. Lackluster is a really good word for her performance. She got the job done, actually I got the job done, she just laid there with a weird facial expression the whole time. It was hard to look at, LOL. Couldn't agree more. While not really active any more, my rule has always been to show the content of the donation envelope up front, and hand it over after the service is complete.
