Bali Hai has new owners. They also own Harbor Spa and Happy Happy. Not sure what this will mean to services available. Both of those shops are Jack shacks. Neither Yoyo, Coco nor Lucky were available. Not sure if they've left or have developed a sudden need for education. I know Yoyo has been in school for a while. Still 40 for 60.
