Okay, so Lucy Spa is open again. I almost thought it wasn't. The sign is not in the window, and although I arrive on a Sunday morning, there were no lights on. I rang the bell, waited about 30 seconds, and was greeted by a lovely gal. Parking in this area is really tough. I found a place on the street across from this small store front.
