Seems that someone has taken their eye off the ball at King/NDS. I don't pretend to know all about their business, but it seems like Yuki/Monica and Mona are the two that get things ship-shape around that place and, most likely, are responsible for the "training" of any new talent they bring in. I believe they are BOTH out of town at the moment (and for the recent past), and Tiffany apparently doesn't have the chops (or maybe the authority) to instruct and command the other girls on staff. I hope Yuki/Monica and/or Mona (or SOMEONE at King/NDS) reads this board and picks up on the dropoff in customer satisfaction, otherwise, they are simply yielding business to Keiko, and Milk is WAY busy enough that they don't really NEED even MORE.

I will give Keiko credit for NOT getting greedy and trying to expand into multiple locations, which would stretch her oversight capacity beyond the ability to maintain what she has done so masterfully at Milk. By way of analogy, I might characterize King/NDS as a "Fast Food Chain" (White Castle level quality) trying to expand into as many locations as they can, but have overreached their ability to manage quality, whereas Keiki is the Maitre D' at a single location fine restaurant serving up top quality "dishes" with a highly critical eye to detail and consistency. The only difference here is that Keiko's fine dining restaurant doesn't COST any more than the White Castle sliders at King/NDS. So... where ya gonna go! (obvious choice!).

P.S. ... by the way, I think even King/NDS recognized they were stretching themselves too thin when they unloaded the Kissimmee Massage Spa (KMS) location. However, they seem to be still headed down that hill. I really do hope they can turn things around, if for no other reason than to keep the Milk parking lot from overflowing and contributing to extensive "wait times" for Keiko to manage (which never goes over well with clients).
