So tonight, I decided to contact some of the local talent in hopes of having a dream tonight. One of the girls I contacted was Kali. Did some research here and most of it was old but positive. Based on they both give and receive water sports and the fact they take almost every payment method available, I would say scammers with fake local numbers (TextFree or other phone app systems). You could always call or text and find out for us.
