I have my first ever appointment scheduled with Berlin this week. I received a confirmation email and expected to see the address on there, but it wasn't listed. On their website she no longer has a phone number listed. I sent an email to the address listed on their site, but haven't heard anything back yet. They all work out of the downtown site. As has been clarified earlier, Brit may have you at the other location, but only if she knows you. And if it's convenient. It's not ready for prime time yet. So any service you book will be at the downtown location.

Stopped by this week and overheard the girls talking. The new place on 36th is up and running. All you have to do is ask.

Although this is technically true, it's not even close to being ready for prime time. Very spartan provisions at the moment and remodeling of the actual location (next door) has not even begun as of this date. Great plans are in the works, but I wouldn't hold your breath. For now, I believe you would prefer the downtown location and it may be only Brit available at the 36th St. , although I'm not positive about that. I've been both places, and the downtown location is nicely appointed, although can be noisy depending on street noise (read sirens). I'd wait on 36th. St. If I were you.

Met Brit a few days ago at the 36th St. Location and got this info directly from her. She is an awesome woman with top notch service and I will definitely repeat but will ask if we can meet downtown. PM me if you want more details.
