Ron, no, The HEY girls was Eleina. I know some have given her bad reviews but my experience was always good with her over many months last year and early year to spring. A very very sweet girl. However, my biggest issue was a discussion on rate increase. I don't think I was dealing with her by text as I knew her. That said I never had any issues going there.
