The detoxification is from fentanyl, and barbituates and morphine (heroin) , that is what makes everyone's ill. The separation or loss of supply.

They have to want to be free of it. Last I spoke to her, she wasnt there yet. Being free from it means walking away from EVERYTHING in your life during that time. Agreed. The drugs often aren't the problem per se. They're a symptom of a dysfunctional lifestyle that often includes these women being informally enslaved by some gangsta boyfriend figure. Regular guys struggle to get their girls to go to the game with them. These guys have their girls giving BJs so they can afford drugs.
