Hey, I feel for you and let me be frank. You are young so you have time. Most important thing. Spend some money on a trainer. Some diet control and exercise can actually fix two of the issues. If you're truly 'young, fat and ugly' as you say, then you need calm, focused strategy more than anything. Relax, RTFF to see how other mongers excel, then copy their methods. If you get nervous, you can do what I used to do when I was younger: Rehearse.
