I got scammed today by Hailie Mae!

We were making small talk and I showed her something on my phone, and then she took it from my hands. Then I said "can I have my phone back?" and she said she wanted me to pay her first. So I payed her 100 $ cash and 20 $ in Dunkin Donuts gift cards. She handed me my phone back. Then we started walking up to her room. And we are walking around and she says a room "x" that does not exist. She goes to the lobby to ask what room it is. I'm waiting outside watching through the window. She comes back out and says a different room, that does exist. Then she says she has to run and grab her purse from her car, and she will meet me at the room. I walk by the room, the door is open and there's some questionable men inside of it doing some questionable substances. At this point flight or fight kicks in and I start freaking out thinking these guys are going to mug me or worse, so I get the hell out of that area, and then realize the ***** is gone.

Now I'm all paranoid because she was asking a lot of personal questions like what is your name (only told her my first), where I go to school, my major, etc. I just hope this doesn't come back to haunt me. What do you guys think?

Never, repeat Never bring your personal effects with you. I always use a burner phone and leave that in my car too. I bring enough cash to the room as I'm going to need. I even leave my belt in the car. If things go sideways, I will make it back to my car without worrying about my phone or my wallet. If things progress to my car, well then that means things have really went bad. Then my 9 mm is there too. I've never had a problem. Just be aware. Remember, they want $$, you want pussy.
