If you're truly 'young, fat and ugly' as you say, then you need calm, focused strategy more than anything. Relax, RTFF to see how other mongers excel, then copy their methods. If you get nervous, you can do what I used to do when I was younger: Rehearse. If already at a parlor, sit in your vehicle, think carefully about what you're going to do, talk to yourself (if necessary), take a deep breath, then do it.

The more you plan and practice anything, the better you'll get. I'm pretty good at what I do now in all aspects of life, but it didn't start out that way.

Went to lemon spa the other day. Very empty. Had a young short girl in baggy clothing show me to the room. Not a good start. She was also very curt and quiet and monosyllabic in her responses.

Sunny Day Spa: Kelly is the eye candy, but is always busy. Eventually pulled Nina after was I told Coco was busy as well. Nina is a beauty, but thinks to highly of herself.
