Late report from Thurs. I hit Neb and Sligh appx 2:00 pm trying to catch Bella. I'm 99% certain I spotted her in a black sun dress with red bow thing on top of her head. She passed about a month and a half ago now, but out of respect I never said anything. She had been undergoing dialysis for a while and that played a big role in her health decline. Also, skinny Stephanie passed away that same week after getting hit by a car at the corner of Linebaugh / Nebraska.
