No forget CC get the license plate recognition tech installed about six months ago (if he get one car). The alleged occurrence of harassment, assault, fraud, and extortion would need some sort of viable evidence before proceeding any further; when happen on private property so CC would need to cooperate in one investigation, IMO. Anyway, without knowing the details, probably nothing going happen unless can get criminal charges filed.
