Accused of assaulting her landlord, chasing an Elyria man through a yard with a knife and unleashing racial and derogatory slurs, an Elyria woman is now facing a felonious assault charge, according to an Elyria police report.

Melody D. Robertson, 45, was taken into custody after police responded at 8:16 pm April 1 to her home in the 200 block of Longford Avenue. The report said the incident transpired when the 49-year-old female landlord visited the residence prior to police arrival to show it to a 28-year-old male interested in renting it.

Robertson's lease at the Longford Avenue home ended April 1 and she was supposed to have moved out, according to the report.

The landlord knocked on the front door multiple times with no response, so she then used her key to make entry, the report said.

Upon entering the family room, the landlord and the prospective renter witnessed Robertson engaged in a sexual act with another unidentified male, according to the report.

Robertson yelled, "Get the f* out of my house," and ran toward the 28-year-old male and began striking him in the chest, the report said.

The male pushed Robertson away and retreated outside, according to the report.

She then retrieved a kitchen knife and a black spatula, which was believed to be a knife at the time, and began chasing the male victim around the front yard, the report said.

When the landlord took out her phone and took photos of Robertson with the knife, Robertson redirected her attention and grabbed the landlord by the hair, according to the report.

Robertson then attempted to stab the landlord in the stomach, but barely scrapped her left side near her ribs, the report said.

While the attack was taking place, the landlord said she heard Robertson say, "I'll kill you, you f*ing b*ch. You could have just let me sign another year's lease, but instead you give my house to (an and-word)," according to the report.

The male victim then held down Robertson in the front yard until she broke free and ran back into the house, the report said.

Elyria Municipal Court records show Robertson failed to enter a plea on the second-degree felony charge during her April 3 arraignment hearing. Her bond was set at $25,000 and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 11.

So just throwing this out there I got through to Britney yesterday and all was good till she said 200 half 400 hour. I'm sorry but that is high call me cheap but my max is 150 and maybe 250. I had to pass is it that good?? Did I miss the boat I want super hot for that money.
