I've had someone try that scam on me once. They didn't ask for the money, but the set up was the same and they waited for me to offer. Needless to say, I didn't bite.

UTR's are like that, they just disappear somewhere along the line. I've had several through the years who left me with that sad, empty feeling after disappearing completely. As far as I know the requirements for becoming a Senior Member are still the same. That would be having been a Regular Member for more than six months and having 25 or more posts. Having some posts that provide some information and not just asking questions gets you more credit with the community.

Forgive my ignorance, but how does one go about getting Senior status? Number of posts?
