If it's a slight tweak go get a rub and tug. If it hurts so bad you can barely stand, I'd say go see a professional. BB does a pretty good therapeutic massage, but definitely not deep tissue level.

If it's a slight tweak go get a rub and tug. If it hurts so bad you can barely stand, I'd say go see a professional. BB does a pretty good therapeutic massage, but definitely not deep tissue level.
