I returned to Charm Spa yesterday based on your report. It was my third time there in the past month. The previous two it was SS only. This leads me to believe that this is a legit spa that someone is piggybacking on to scam people. They've likely had this happen before with irate customers coming to them to get their money back.

Pretty much any massage therapist offering you a massage you have to book and pay something upfront on the website is a scam. Don't know what her Instagram is like but this just reeks of a scam.

Don't bother. She or they got the booking fee from me and I got nothing. It's a total scam.
