Pretty sure that the bookers don't have a set time limit for their clients. They know that many customers travel in from various parts of the country, and won't be able to maintain a constant schedule. If you are worried about this, feel free to ping a booker with a text, saying that you will be back in town soon, and want to make sure that you are still able to book through them. This accomplishes several goals. Reminds them of your previous verified status. Reminds them to hold onto your number, even if only rarely used (and why). This sort of text does not obligate you to a certain date, time, or provider, so you won't burn any bridges. Obviously, do not send this sort of text more than maybe once every 9-12 months, but it will keep you on their radar, without annoying them.

For what it's worth, once you have established trust with a provider, she may offer her cell phone number (never turn down this option). She can always vouch for you, if the booker has lost your number.

Not from my experience with that booker. Not really sure if any bookers cut off after 1 year. Maybe if they lost your contact and you may have to re-screen to get in.

It's possible but she's very picky and high maintenance so it might not be worth the effort (YMMV). This feels like a simple money grab, which is one of the things that turns me off about her. Really depends on the situation. Has anyone been so hot and so talented that you need to fork over the extra no matter what it cost. The answer is no.

However, in my few cases, it's been because of a milestone or notch on the belt. Some girls who were once strictly CFS are now considering BBFS for a few. In those cases, I have made an exception. Otherwise if I once paid 220 BBFS in NorCal for you, I'm not paying over 280/300 base for BBFS.
