Anticipating my first visit to an AMP, most likely King's BTW Lynnwood and Everett.

Do you pay up front, what about extras, for example greek, futb, topless, breast play. Do you bring that up to the therapist of up front. Do you pay for each incrementally, or at the end as a tip.
