That's a hard one, you are going to pay the 60 for the rub, and to stay under 150 you'd be at 140, so that's 80 for a tip, nowadays, 60 is about the standard and for many girls that only allows OTC roaming, most girls will pull up the top (younger ones) for 100 tip, but usually won't take the shirt off, but that already is over your stated budget.
