No fees for cancellation. I suppose that if you reserve and cancel or no-show too many times they'll kick you off their platform.

The hotel makes the rules on payment. Dayuse just gets a booking fee on the backend from the hotel. You do not even enter a CC to make a reservation. You do need a real email address.

So I don't have to worry about cancellation fees since I'm not giving away my CC info, that's awesome!

Even hotels that take cash, which have become fewer and fewer, usually want a credit card on file for incidentals. The card won't be charged (assuming there are no incidental charges) but it's necessary for the clerk to run it and know the card is legit to check-in.
