Most likely. It may be that she's popular enough that the booker can choose to only respond to lvl1+ and still fill her schedule to her liking.

As has been said many many times before on this forum, take the bullet and try to see some lvl2 (or preferably higher) girls on qq sessions for the ratings. Even if they're not your cup of team, they'll open up a whoooooole world for you if you get a decent network and hit lvl1 or 2 or higher.

I actually went to go see here, and although I can see what you are saying, my experience was very good. I highly recommend especially if you need the humaniplex network.
