I got scammed today by Hailie Mae!

We were making small talk and I showed her something on my phone, and then she took it from my hands. Then I said "can I have my phone back?" and she said she wanted me to pay her first. So I payed her 100 $ cash and 20 $ in Dunkin Donuts gift cards. She handed me my phone back. Then we started walking up to her room. Never, repeat Never bring your personal effects with you. I always use a burner phone and leave that in my car too. I bring enough cash to the room as I'm going to need.
