I would just move on to be honest with you. She may be a good provider but I'll never find out because of the screening thing. It's a good way for her to stay safe and protect herself and there is no knock on the way she does her business. Yes Avalon is one of the best providers in the area if not the best. Do you use a VPN? Sounds like your IP is blocked. I use a VPN and get the same thing. You can either turn the VPN off or switch VPN servers and hope one of them isn't blocked.
