You can't just fly to BKK for any rate unless that's your stop on the way to a one-week sandbox quarantine in Phuket. (So add the transfer and a week's stay at a quarantine hotel to that rate.) After that, you're free to go back to BKK and actually. Go to Bangkok. Assuming you're vaccinated.

I believe the cost of flying to Costa Rica or Panama would be less and believe me the action is as good or better than any place in US. Bangkok may have it beat but not by much. Latinas instead of Asians but the service is great and easy to find. In most case it finds you.
